Peanut is a tiny white and tan puppy we found running along the road below the rescue. We guess that she was about 7 weeks old when we picked her up on October 15, 2014.

Peanut weighed only 2 lbs, and was loaded with parasites. She has been dewormed, bathed, treated for fleas, and has learned to eat puppy chow.

Peanut is weighing in at about 7 lbs. now, and is healthy and playful and loves everyone.  She is being cared for in a foster home and will be ready for adoption in approximately 4 weeks after she has finished her puppy vaccinations and is spayed.
